He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jean Norris; his mother-in-law Barbra Overton; his sister Elouise Stewart of Kansas City; his sons, Sylvester L. Norris III, Elmer Norris and Christopher Ferguson of Kansas City; his stepsons, Darryl Williams (Whitney) and DeAndre Williams (Danielle) of Kansas City; his sibling's children, Manetta Norris and James Norris; his grandchildren, D'Aysa Collier-Williams, Shyanne Ferguson, E'mya Walker, Jaden King Norris and Josiah Leon Norris; and his aunts, Ella Cowherd (Robert), Virginia Templeton of Des Moines, Iowa, Marion Watkins, Diane Walker and Mary Wright of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by five sister-in laws, and four brother-in laws, a host of other relatives and many friends.
