He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Deal and Edith Deal. He is survived by : his wife Annette Deal; his siblings, Clifford Deal (Marleen), Delores Parsons and Betty Brown; and his children, William Deal Jr. (Diane), Deborah McCloud, Gregory Deal and Deanna Miller (Maxwell). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Floral Hills Funeral Home and Cemetery (7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64133). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the American Legion Post 21 (16701 E US Hwy 40, Independence, MO 64055).
