She was predeceased by: her father Robert Shingler; her stepmother Bette Shingler; and her parents-in-law, Byron Short and Alice Short. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Short; her children, Jessica Short and Travis Short (Jody); her grandchildren, Averie and Aaron Short; her mother Ethel Lambert; her stepfather Gene Lambert; her sisters, Claudia and Lisa Shingler; her stepsiblings, Russell Hester (Amy) and Donna Hester (Penelope Turnbow); her siblings-in-law, Bruce Short (Linda) and Claudia Short; and her nieces, Lindsey Shingler, Andrea Mentzer (Mickey) and Lauren Huller (Tommy). She is also survived by her daughter and husband, and spending time with her grandchildren.
