He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Harlow and Virginia Harlow of Gallatin; his brother Terrance Harlow of Kearney; and his grandparents, Luther, Murl Harlow, Otis and Gladys Grogg.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his brother James Harlow (Gail) of Kansas City; and his daughters, Christi Harlow of Kearney and Beth Harlow (Joel) of Kansas City. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; as well as four sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
