He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raynous S. Ragan and Alma Jean Ragan; his daughter Melissa Leanne of Kearney; his grandson Kandyn Dean; his wife Carolyn Ann; his daughter Michele Hotsenpiller of Sedalia; his grandson Kandyn Hotsenpiller of Sedalia; and his sons-in-law, Michael Thomas and Bronc Hotsenpiller. He was also cherished by several nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
