He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Powell Christy (Powell) and Lewis Franklin Christy. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Christy; his children, Kameri Lynn Christy (Randy Erickson) and Kevin Alan Christy (Denise); his grandchildren, Parker Franklin McMullins, Kassidy Marie McMullins and Trevor Walter; and his brothers, Lewis Howard Christy (Joyce) and Roger Floyd Christy (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Northern Hills Christian Academy which held a special place in Roy's heart.
