Morrow Karraker, Sr.; her spouse Leon Nickolas Welter; her son Freddie Welter of Kelso; her grandson Andrew Welter of Scott City; and her sisters-in-law, Zeta Welter and Revella Schlosser of Kelso. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
