He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Howlett of Kennett, Missouri.; his children, Eric Lee Howlett (Suzanne) of Bono, Arkansas. and Monica Thompson (Randy) of Holcomb, Missouri.; and his siblings, Tom Howlett (JoGena) of Belidear, Illinois. and Barbara McConless of Leesburg, Missouri..
