She was predeceased by : her parents, James Rodgers and Ethel Rodgers (Bates); her husband James H. "Hank" Smith; and her siblings, Donald Rogers, Arthur Rogers, Ruth Fotovich and Laura Bergmann.
She is survived by : her sisters, Kathryn Shoemaker of Keytesville, MO and Ruby Penrod of Salisbury, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
