She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertie Fortner and Alvia Fortner; her grandparents, Minnie and William Foster; and her brother Harold Fortner.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald VanHorn; her sister Kay Hawkins; her sister-in-law Marilyn Fortner; and her children, Katherine VerWeire, Jerry Keith Wilkerson, Alexander Wilkerson and Timothy Wilkerson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home (65 Comfort Ln, Kimberling City, MO 65686). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
