He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Jack" Feltner and Amanda Feltner (Young). He is survived by: his wife Marquetta Feltner (Self); his sons, Eric Feltner (Tristin) of Fayetteville, Aaron Feltner of Columbia and Jeremy Feltner of Columbia; his siblings, Jeff Feltner (Belinda), Julia Rose Fields of Sapulpa and Mary Jo Coombes-Atkins (Tom) of Greenville; his brothers-in-law, Adrian Self (Tresa) of Stillwater and Kelvin Self (Gaylene) of Stillwater; and his granddaughter Kylie Feltner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
