He is survived by : his former life partners, Teresa Kim Olsen and Kim Hopkins; his sons, Cory Hopkins, Hamilton and Brandon Hopkins; and his sisters, Alma Faye Kennedy (Roger) and Mary Ann Garman (Greg).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lakeview Golf Course.
