He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis McKinney and Hazel McKinney (Beatles); and his children, Timothy, Anthony, Beth Ann and Robin Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Howard Utley of Boston, IN, Margaret Ann (Maggie) and Evan Kieth McKinney (Amanda Foster) of Lakeway, TX.; and his grandchildren, Amber, Ben, Tomi Joe, Demi, Andrew, Arlo, Annalee and Beckett.
In leu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mack to Hospice of Adair County.
