He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Rena Floranc Sullivan (Osborn); his wife Ellen Adkins; his son Bobby Sullivan; his siblings, Carol Findling, Lola Buckey, Delia Gray, George, Jim, Jessie and Howard Sullivan; and also Shirley Speiser.
He is survived by: his brother David Sullivan of Novinger, MO; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Sullivan (Angie) and Jennifer Sullivan (Russell Matthew). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
