He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Allen and Opal May Bailey (McElhinney); and his siblings, Bill Bailey, Mittie Ann Mosley, Jane Copp, Joyce Bergland and Janet Valentine.

He is survived by : his wife Bonita Bradshaw; his daughters, Julie (Dale Yearns), Mary Ann Bailey of Kirksville, MO and Lori Frazier; his close friend Linda Rogers of Kirksville, MO; his grandchildren, Nicole Summers, Hannah Fugate, Grant Frazier, Kade Singleton, Ian Frazier and Mallory Singleton; and his great grandchildren, Ace Fugate, Kaitlyn Summers, Oliver Fugate, Meradith Summers and Caroline Frazier.
