George W. Cribb Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Cribb of Kirksville, Missouri, born in La Plata, Missouri, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cribb and Grace Cribb (Nihiser); and his granddaughter Crystal Canfield. He is survived by: his wife Joanne "Jo" Lane; his children, Carl Cribb (Ellen Marie) of Prescott Valley, Arizona, Kathryn Butler (John) of DeKalb, Jean Cribb of Columbia and Sandy Carpenter of Quincy, Illinois; and his siblings, Phyllis Birkinshaw of La Plata, Missouri, Arlene, Eva, Dorothy and Lloyd. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Kirksville.
