He was predeceased by : his parents, Purvis Hedgecock and Thelma Ann Hedgecock (Sprouse). He is survived by : his sons, Gerald (Deb Hedgecock) and Anthony (Donna Hedgecock); and his stepchildren, Tammy Sharp of Kirksville, MO and Randy Walker of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
