With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Theresa (Anesi) Veach of Kirksville, Missouri, born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on June 4, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Anesi and Rena Anesi (Hobbs); her spouse Jerry Veach; her children, Angela Baker and Larry Baker Jr.; and her siblings, John Shackelford and Patty Smith.

She is survived by : her former life partner Larry Baker; her son Everett Eston Rude Jr. of Kirksville; her siblings, John Joey Anesi of Kansas City and Toni Meador of Kirksville; her grandchildren, Mataya Mendenhall, Troy Mendenhall, Alyssa Dent and Everett Rude III; and her great grandchildren, Kolby Shaw, Kaley Hilderman, Karson Mendenhall and Etley Mendenhall. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
