Joan Mary Hoyt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Mary Hoyt (Kirkwood, Missouri), who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Jennemann and Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hoyt (Rick); her sons-in-law, Scott Petersen and Jonathan Tuttle; and her granddaughters, Eliza Petersen, Eleanor Petersen, Evelyn Petersen, Hazel Tuttle and Violet Tuttle.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bopp Chapel (10610 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Second Baptist Church of Greater Saint Louis (9030 Clayton Rd, St. Louis, MO 63117).
