He is survived by: his wife Melissa of Kissee Mills; his children, William Howell of Kansas City, MO, Michael Howell, Vickie of Kansas City, KS and Patricia McFatrich of Lee; his siblings, Jerry Michael Howell (Ann) of Pleasant Hope, MO and Colleen Zuck (Willard) of Independence, MO; and his sister-in-law Pauline Howell of Raytown, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
