He is survived by: his wife Darlene Brown Tipper; his mother-in-law Mary Taylor Brown of Mountain View, Arkansas; his sister Tanya Tipper-Luster (Rick); and his nieces, Kahli Luster Yoho (Andy) of Melbourne, Florida and Kahbri Luster of Melbourne, Florida.
