She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Prevett and Laura Prevett (Moore); her husband Otto Ward; her siblings, Clinton Prevett Jr., Glen Prevett, George Prevett, Virgil Prevett, Sharon Koch, Mary Anderson and Esther Goettsche; and her granddaughter Abby Gale Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Lorna Williams (Michael) of Kimberling City, Missouri, Lorine Ward of Kissee Mills, Missouri, Audie Ward of Kissee Mills, Missouri and Letha Dixon (Jeremy) of Omaha, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Riley McLemore, Mickey Burkeen (Dakota), Dekoda Workman, Dalton Workman, Audrey Ward, Corbin Williams, Chandler Beals of Ely Ward, A. J, Karla Ward and Anna Dixon; and her siblings, Kenny Prevett of Iowa and Violet Oswalt of Iowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
