We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2024, at the age of 84, Finley Wellman Lewis Jr. of La Grange, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Finley W. Lewis and Thelma Mae Hickman Lewis Sr.; his brother John Anthony Lewis; his grandson Tyson Lewis; his great grandchild Makiyah Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Delbert Coleman, James Dade Sr. Granville Clay Jr., Orville Thompson and Billy Buckner.
He is survived by : his wife Evelyn J. Clay of La Grange; his children, Eric Lewis (Pam) of Topeka, KS, Natalie Williams (Clifton Ely) of Quincy, IL, Finley Lewis III (Karen) of La Grange and Grant Lewis (Annette) of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Paul Lewis (Clarice) of Quincy, Donald Lewis of Quincy, Alfred Lewis (Suzette) of Quincy, Charles Lewis of La Grange, Janette Coleman of Little Elm, TX and Virginia Dade of La Grange, MO; his brother-in-law Eddie Clay of Quincy; and his nephew James Dade (Binky) of La Grange. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren.
