He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ivan Evans and Lottie Evans (Lightwine); his spouse Beverly Jean McClanahan; his children, David Evans (Marylyn) of Laclede, Steve Evans (Bonita) of New Boston, Luann Evans of Kearney, Stanley Evans of Laclede, Jolene Jaynes (Lee) of Meadville and Shane Evans (Connie) of Laclede; his grandchildren, Sketch Evans (Denise) of Chillicothe, Sarah Hammond (Rick) of Meadville, Bridgett Jurgensmeyer (Roy) of Blue Springs, Angie McKay of Kansas City, Lance Evans of New Boston, Evan Boley of Kansas City, Kelsey Morgan (Jonathan) of Holt, Maggie Beall (Clinton) of Meadville, Casey Jaynes (Cassie) of Meadville, Courtney Stufflebean (Nathan) of Laclede, Cassandra Switzer (Reese) of Brookfield and Austin Evans (Brittaney) of Laclede; and his siblings, Dwight Evans and Reba Porter. He was also cherished by 29 great-grandchildren.
