He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Leon and Ida Mae Dodge (Martin); and his siblings, Larry, Al Dodge, Josephine Crouse and Cecilia Spath.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda J. Dodge; his sons, Johnny Dodge of Blue Springs and Lonnie Dodge (Tnyna); his sisters, Linda Sportsman (Ronnie) and Cheryl Rollison (John); his grandchildren, Abigail, Matthew, Emily, Joshua and Jacob Dodge; and also John Arthur Dodge of Lebanon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
