He is survived by : his wife Ellen; his children, Douglas Fields of Arcadia and Eva Cannon of Lake Ozark; his siblings, Donald Covington (Pat) of Kansas, Dixie Knoche of Holden, Betty Wright of Eldon and Rosemary Snyder; and also Mary Kay of Arcadia.
