Crystal Choate-Zucca Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Crystal Choate-Zucca (Lake Tapawingo, Missouri), who passed away on October 25, 2018 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Colton Jeffrey Choate Zucca; her father-in-law Herb Zucca; and her grandparents, Edward Choate, Velma Ray Choate, Chester Andes and Ada Andes.
She is survived by: her husband Wyatt; her children, Cade Ian, Sunny Schaffer (Seth) and Cheyenne Zucca Conner (Dylon) of Blue Springs; her grandchildren, Evelyn Grace, Alyvia, Caroline and Cairo; her parents, Jerry Choate and Geri Choate; her mother-in-law Opal Zucca; and her brothers, Toby Choate and Tad Choate. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and spiritual children.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The Crystal Zucca Memorial Charity Fund at Bank of Grain Valley, 14801 E. 40 Highway, Kansas City, MO 64136.
