He is survived by: his wife Donita McCulloch; his children, Rocky McCulloch (Elaine) of Lamar, MO, Krystal Cox (James), Sherri Stahl (Jack), Terri Nichols (Wayne), Tina Walker, Cindi Sprouls (Dwight) and Pami Bolin (Doug); and his sister Mary Lou Hammond (Chuck) of Lamar, MO. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
