He was predeceased by: his father Howard Whitley. He is survived by: his mother Clyta Whitley (Pirtle); his children, Mark Whitley (Holly) of Neosho and Tracey Whitley of Joplin; and his sister Luann Flynn of South Fork, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
