He was predeceased by: his father William Joseph Stephen Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Elizabeth Stephen (Rahme); and his brothers, Billy Stephen (Jessie) of Arcola, MO and Vaughn Stephen (Renee) of Lamar, MO. He is also survived by four nephews, two nieces and one great-nephew.
