He was predeceased by: his wives, Dorothy Morris Heath and Beverly Selman Heath; his parents, Lester Heath and Bertha Beulah Heath; and his sister Vesta Patrick.

He is survived by: his sister Wayna Schwartz; his children, Rhonda Howell (Louis), Tamara Cole (Mike), Dawn Julian (Myrl) and Wayne Heath of Wisconsin; and his stepchildren, Eric Brown of Florida and Dr. Kim Fitterling of Bridgeton, MO.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
