He was predeceased by: his son Shawn. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Shannon Ladd Crutcher (Buster) of Joplin, MO and Shane Ladd of Lamar; his grandchildren, Sydney Crutcher Cunningham (Drew) of Ozark, MO, Hope Crutcher Parks (Orey) of Ewa Beach, HI, Savannah Ladd, Angel Ladd, Patrick Ladd and Kennedy Ladd; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Reign Cunningham and Braxton Reid Royster.
