He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Monson and Grace Monson (Weber); and his siblings, Maxine (Hisle), Joyce (Cheek), Kenneth, Virgil, Danny, Curtis, Stan and Dale Monson (KarenKay).
He is survived by: his wife Pat Sinning-Monson; his sister Judy Cooper (Monson); his children, John Monson (Amy), Eric Monson (Angela), David Monson (Katie), Christine Cook (Chris) and Stephanie Dahl (Darren); his grandchildren, Austin, Audrey, Emma, Jack, Addison, Damien, Jaxon, Kaiden, Mason and Cambree; and his stepchildren, Troy Glynn, Travis Glynn, Shawna Glynn and Josh Sinning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
