She is survived by : her children, Matthew Sullivan (Bobbie Jo) and Brooke Sullivan (Travis Butler); her grandchildren, Kammi Sullivan, Kaden Sullivan, Elise Gish and Alyssa Gish; her brothers, Rathel Berry and Kenny Berry (Rachelle); her nephews, Nick, Lance and Ken; and her niece Heather. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins.
