He was predeceased by : his parents, John Guy and Velma (Nettles); his sons, Johnny Guy and Gary Wilkinson; his daughter-in-law Carla Wilkinson; and his siblings, Donnie Ray, Ralph Guy Wilkinson, Judy Jenkins, Ellen Bowen, Carolyn Stevenson and Loretta Fay Wilkinson.

He is survived by : his wife Susie Wilkinson (Ayres); his children, Debbie Hedrick of Fenton, David Wilkinson of Salem, Clifford Wilkinson of Leasburg and Norma Payne (Roger Sr) of St. James, Missouri; his brother Vearn "Butch" Wilkinson (Loretta) of Potosi, Missouri; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Wilkinson and Buddy Bowen; his grandchildren, Carl "Randy" Hedrick, Jonathan Wilkinson (Beth), Ashley Wilkinson (Thomas Green), Derek Payne (Karlee), Daemon Payne (Kaitlin), Roger Payne Jr., Tiffany Payne, Kayla Wilkinson, Nicholas Wilkinson and Kyle Wilkinson; and his great grandchildren, Krystal Chapman, Caralynn, Carlina Hedrick, Eric, Dean, Joseph Rothgeb, Landon Gentry Spitzmiller, Katelyn, Emma, Jaedyn, Carter, Maxwell, Madelyn, Roger Jr., Maralynne Payne and Brayden Carman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
