He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrell Hutsell and Thelma Hudgons Hutsell; his daughter Margo Maloney; and his brothers, Jerry Dale Hutsell and David Lane Hutsell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Herod; his children, Debbie Dowden (Ricky) of Lebanon, MO, Nathan Alexander (Tammy) of Lebanon, MO and Kristina Roberts (Allan) of Lebanon, MO; his brothers, Farrell "Sonny" Hutsell of St. Louis and Mike Hutsell (Brenda) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kayla Gunther (Kyle), T. J. Dampier (Samantha), Shantelle Rogers (Andrew), Dayton Alexander (Kayla), Natalie Alexander, McKenzie Zeigenbein, Brady Roberts, Nathaniel Roberts, Hunter Dowden, Celeste Dowden, Richard Dowden, Dakota Dowden, Ashley Poletti and Anthony Poletti; and his great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Kinsleigh, Korbin Gunther, Lanie, Tucker Dampier, Hadley Rose Alexander, Kayden Rogers, Savaeh Poletti, Linkin Vetra, Anthony, Cali and Alex Poletti. He is also survived by other relatives, church family and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Gary's family or to the American Cancer Society.
