He was predeceased by : his parents, Freeman Keen and Mable Wyatt Keen; his siblings, Howard, James Keen, Wayne Edward, Ricky Ray, Jackie Lee Keen and Pansy Jennings; and his daughter Kathy Keen.

He is survived by : his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Foust; his children, Ivan Jay Keen, Jr. (Selina) of Lebanon, MO, Amanda Lauder (Timothy) of Lebanon, MO and Andrew Keen of Lebanon, MO; his sisters, Delores Chastain (Gary) of Lebanon, MO, Connie Steenstra (Mike) of Ozark, MO and Rebecca Gladden of Marshfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Luke, Angeliq, Lane, James, Terry, Jonathon, Tangelena, Blake, Alexander, Caleb, Adriana and Elijah. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
