He is survived by: his wife Becky Ellen Moses; his sons, Michael Chastain (Melissa) of Rogersville, MO and Jeff Chastain (Cathy); his stepchildren, Lloyd Sanders of Springfield, MO and Laura DeLong (Kate) of Fayetteville, AK; his grandchildren, Colby, Matthew, Emma Chastain, Samantha, Haily and Brendan Knox; his siblings, Jon Chastain (Becky) and Joyce Schneider (Charles) of Lebanon; and his sisters-in-law, Marietta Chastain of Lebanon, Janice Mohn (Jerry), Barbara Lowrance, Marsha Green (Art), Pam Humphreys (Donnie) and Peggy Thompson (Eddie).
