He is survived by: his wife Margaret Boyer; and his children, William A Seid (Milissa) of Pleasant Hill, MO, Lawrence E. Seid (Valarie) of Ontanogon, MI and Sandra L. Seid of Milton, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
