He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hepler and Dorothy Hepler (Erskine); his children, Edward Hepler, Jr. and Carrie Hepler; and his sister Donna Hepler.
He is survived by: his daughter Charity Greenawald (Jeffrey) of Hartstown, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Dean Hepler of Greenville, Pennsylvania, Brenda Glancy (Paul) of Conneaut Lake and Denise Hepler of Oil City, Pennsylvania; and his granddaughters, Summer, Megan and Shauna Greenawald.
