It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Dean Deardorff of Lexington, Missouri, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletis Deardorff and Gladys Deardorff (Halcomb); his mother-in-law Nita Jane Matthews; and his brother-in-law Dale Baker. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Grace Matthews of Odessa; his children, Julie Ross (Kevin) of Quincy, IL and Justin Deardorff of Blue Springs; his grandsons, Logan Ross, Parker Deardorff and Pierce Deardorff; and his sister Peggy Baker.
