He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Winthrow; and his father Lester Lyden. He is survived by: his son Joshua Levi Lyden of Liberal; his stepchildren, Truman Metcalf, Tony Winthrow, Nicole Metcalf, Ruth Metcalf and Niki Winthrow; his mother Carol Ann Beck of Pittsburg; his siblings, Jeremy Willard Lyden of Humboldt and Diana (George); his grandchildren, Arya Metcalf and Tyr Metcalf; and also Viets.
