He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Elsie Mae Cooper (Swigart) and Evan Ellis Cooper; his children, Alexis Cooper, Bailey Harrington (Jeremiah) and Carson Cooper; his husband Mark Miller; his children, Geoffrey, Gabriella and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Ruben Harrington; his children, Courtney, Seth Little and Kyla Baughman; and his grandson Carson.
