He is survived by: his wife Vernetta Morman; his children, Jonathan Morman of Independence and Jessica Morman of Kansas City, Missouri; his granddaughter Kyna Dee Morman; his sisters, Marie, Cady of Wisconsin, Susan Morman of North Dakota and Sarah Morman of North Dakota; and his sister-in-law Audrey Morman of North Dakota.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the American Heart Association.
