He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Greenstreet of Ohio, Tammy Fordyce of Kirksville, MO and Vickie Smith of Marceline, MO; and his brother Rickie Greenstreet of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
