O'Hara; his stepmother Summer O'Hara; his grandmothers, Nancy O'Hara and Stella Grundlock; his son Brian Mychael O'Hara, Jr. (Koller); his siblings, Kyle, Caroline and Kade O'Hara; his uncles, Dennis Grundlock (William Kimball), Kevin Grundlock (Terri Griffin), Michael O'Hara and Danny O'Hara; his aunt Brenda Grundlock; his cousins, Taylor Grundlock and Hallie Grundlock; and also Riley O'Hara. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
