He is survived by: his nephews, Ronnie Dugan and Randy Dugan; his niece Pam Aldrich; his siblings-in-law, Paul Lowery, James Berger, Jayma Lowery, Janice Berger, Clema Davis, Glenda Lowery and Mary Dugan; his wife Joann Lowery; and also Doug Matthews. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.
