He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Marieta Firestone (Teegarden); his children, Don Firestone (Cindy) and Marieta Knopf (David) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Trudy, Amy Firestone of Salt Lake, Sarah Knopf-Amelung, Isaac Knopf of Kansas City and North; his great grandchild Sofia Knopf-Amelung; his parents, O. S. Firestone and Emily Cleora Firestone (Challes); his siblings, Robert Firestone (Sue) and Emily Guion; and his brother-in-law Earle Teegarden (Renetta). He was also cherished by his children and their spouses, his grandchildren (including grandson-in-law Matt Knopf-Amelung) great-granddaughter.
