She was predeceased by: her parents, Cipriano Cisneros and Luisa Cisneros (Rodriguez); her spouse Jesse C. De La Torre; and her siblings, Juanita Galvan of Topeka, KS, Elvira Lira of Osage, KS, Mary Lira of Osage, KS, Felix Cisneros of Emporia, KS and John Cisneros of Topeka, KS.

She is survived by: her children, Michael De La Torre of Raytown, MO and Linda Mendoza (Kevin) of Liberty, MO; her brother Phillip Cisneros of Emporia, KS; her grandchildren, Chad De La Torre (Viviana), Selena Mendoza (Daniel) and Amber Mendoza; and her great grandchildren, Dominic Magee, Kaitlyn Gonzalez, Michael Iraheta, Johao, Jaela and Kevin Zambrano. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Crossroads Palliative Care Hospice.
