He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Moore and Audra Lavonne Wood Moore; and his brother-in-law Ted White. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Davis Moore of Liberty Missouri; his children, Deborah Moore Hertz and Kenneth Arthur Moore; his grandchildren, Matthew Hertz (Sarah) of Laurens, Iowa, Megan Benningsdorf (Kurtis) of Fonda, Iowa, Michael Hertz (Jessica) of Laurens, Iowa and Morgan Brittany; his great grandchildren, Reagan and Ashlynn; his sisters, Nancy Moore White of Walnut Creek and Mary Weller (Jack) of Baltimore, Maryland; and also, Samuel, Kate Hibbs and Glen Davis (Catherine). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID, private family services will be held at the Liberty Christian Church Liberty, Missouri.
